Chicken BBQ Burgers



½ cooked BBQ Chicken
1 cup wholegrain breadcrumbs
½ cup Sour Cream
4 hamburger Buns
Preheat oven to 180C.
Mix chicken, breadcrumbs and cream together and season with sea salt and pepper. Roll into patties and bake in a 180C oven for 20 minutes.
Serve in buns with lots of salad and BBQ sauce
