Braised Beef in Soy Sauce_Lunchbox Recipe for Kids


Ingredients:
3 garlic loves, minced
1/2 onions, minced
1 1/2 liter of water
500 grams beef sukiyaki cut
190 milliliters Soy sauce
3 tablespoons Sugar
2 pieces hard boiled eggs, peeled and halved
A few drops Seasame oil
Ajinomoto Umami Super seasoning
Salt and pepper
2 teaspoons Peppercorns


Directions:
1. Place onion, garlic and peppercorns in sauce pot and bowl.
2. Add beef and boil till juices run clear. Discard beef and reserve stock. Take out garlic and onions.
3. Return beef and add soy sauce and sugar. Garnish with Ajinomoto Umami Super seasoning.
4. Arrange on plate with hard boiled eggs on with a few drops of sesame oil. Serve while hot.

Hamburger Steak with Gravy\-lunchbox recipe for kids


Ingredients:
500 g ground beef
1/2 cup Carnation Evap
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup all purpose flour

Ingredients for the gravy:
1/4 cup ground beef dripping or butter
1/4 cup all purpose flour
2 cups beef stock (water + beef cubes)

Directions:
1. Mix ground beef, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and Carnation Evap.
2. Form into patties, they will be loose.
3. Mix flour with as much pepper as you like.
4. Dredge patties in flour mixture on both sides.
5. Place in hot buttered pan.
6. Cook for 3 minutes on each side.
7. Remove patties.
8. Save any drippings that remain and add enough butter to make a 1/4 cup of drippings.
9. Add flour and cook for a couple minutes.
10. Add beef stock.
11. Add patties back to gravy and cook on med-low for 20 minutes.

Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies-lunchbox recipe for kids




Ingredients:
2 cups white sugar
1/2 cup Carnation Evap
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 cups rolled oats

Directions:
1. In a medium saucepan, put together the sugar, Carnation Evap, cocoa powder, and butter; bring to a boil while stirring.
2. Boil for 1 minute; remove from heat.
3. Stir in the peanut butter and rolled oats.
4. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper.
5. Cool and serve.

Ingredients:
2 cups fresh beef, cut into thin strips
1 cup fresh liver, cut into thin strips
1 bowl of vegetables, choice of sitsaro, cabbage, cauliflower,
broccoli, bell pepper
Aji Ginisa Original to taste
1 medium size onion, sliced into rings
2 tablespoons soy sauce
cooking oil

Directions:
1. Put the beef and then the liver mixed in a tbsp. of soy sauce in separate bowls, let stand and marinate, keep aside.
2. In a wok heat about 1 tbsp. cooking oil, add in the onions and all the vegetables. Quickly stir fry for a minute or two or until just cooked (or half cooked). Remove from wok and keep aside.
3. Using the same wok, heat about 1/4 cup cooking oil and add in beef and stir fry at high heat until the oil becomes clear. Season with Aji Ginisa Original.
4. On another wok, heat oil, add in the liver and stir fry at high heat until the oil becomes clear.
5. Mix the cooked vegetables and liver in the beef. Stir cook to let the flavors blend. Serve immediately while still hot.

Egg Drop Soup





This delicious egg drop soup is a nice combination to any traditional Chinese dish.

Ingredients:
2 cups corn kernels
4 large egg whites
3 tbsp Carnation Evap
5 cups chicken stock
3 tbsp cornstarch
3 tbsp water
1/2 tsp sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Procedure:
1. Beat egg white until frothy. Add Carnation Evap.

2. Heat the stock until it boils. Add in the corn. Season with salt and pepper.

3. Blend the water, cornstarch and sesame oil and add it into the stock. Continue to stir until slightly thickened.

4. Remove from heat. Slowly pour the egg mixture while gently stirring.

Chicken Lollipops


A classic staple in celebrations, these chicken lollipops will be hone as soon as you set them on the table!

Ingredients for the honey mustard dip:
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
salt to taste
pepper to taste

Ingredients for the chicken lollipops:
1 pack Crispy Fry Breading Mix (Original)
40 [1 kilo] chicken wings (pre prep for chicken lollipops) [please demo the making of lollipop if you can - kahit isa lang]
Cooking oil for deep frying

Directions:
1. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, mustard, honey, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. Store covered in the refrigerator.
2. In a bowl, dredge the chicken wings in Crispy Fry; fry until golden brown; drain excess oil in paper towel; serve with your honey mustard dip.
