Crispy Chicken_Lunchbox Recipe for kids
Ingredients:
1.5 kg whole chicken cut up to 8 parts
Salt and pepper
2 tbsp Carnation Evap
2 tbsp water
All purpose flour
Vegetable oil
Directions:
1. Sprinkle the chicken with salt and pepper.
2. Pour the Carnation Evap and water over the chicken and marinate for about 10 minutes.
3. Dip in a bowl of all-purpose flour and shake off the excess flour.
4. Heat oil and deep-fry the chicken making sure the chicken is covered with oil at all times until golden brown.
