Affogato

Affogato
 
1 cup of your favourite hot espresso coffee
1 scoop of vanilla ice-cream
 
This looks fabulous served in a glass. Dollop ice-cream into coffee … it may seem strange, but it’s very yummy.

Optional: For an extra indulgence pour a little Baileys over the ice-cream.
