Roasted Almond Chocolate Crunchies - Chef Buddy Trinidad

INGREDIENTS:

Roasted Chopped Almonds         1/2  Cup

Cherries      1/2 Cup

Corn Flakes      1   Cup

Melted Dark Chocolate      2  Cups

PROCEDURE:

Chop the almonds then roast in the oven.  Set aside to cool.

Chop the cherries and set aside.

Melt the chocolate and temper to 31 degrees.

Combine all ingredients till well coated.

Spoon on a parchment lined sheet pan

Chill.
